Eligibility Criterion
Details
Nationality Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply.
Age Limit Minimum Age: 17 years as of 31st December of the year of admission. Maximum Age: No upper age limit.
Qualification Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
Minimum Marks General Category: Minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology in the qualifying examination. Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC): Minimum of 40% aggregate marks.
Attempts There is no limit on the number of attempts for the NEET exam.
Qualifying Examination Codes – 01: A candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination. – 02: A candidate who has already passed the qualifying examination.
NEET Score Validity Period The NEET score is valid for the current admission session only.

  • Print Confirmation Page: After successful payment, a confirmation page will be generated. Download and print this confirmation page for future reference.
  • Correction Window (if available): If there are any errors in the application form, some exam authorities provide a correction window where you can make necessary corrections within the specified dates.
  • Admit Card Download: Once the application process is complete, the admit card will be released on the official website. Download and take a printout of the admit card to carry it to the exam center.

Here’s how to download your NEET Admit Card 

  • Visit the official NEET website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/
  • Look for the NEET Admit Card download notification on the homepage. It might be under “Latest Updates” or a dedicated “Download Admit Card” section.
  • Click on the link and it will redirect you to the login page.
  • Enter your application number, date of birth, and security pin (provided during registration).
  • Click on “Submit.”
  • Your NEET Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download the admit card and take a printout for future reference. It’s recommended to print a few copies for backup.
